Excellent manual dexterity and ability to read schematics are essential. The role requires overtime and occasional Saturdays to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of hands-on electronic or electromechanical production assembly.
• Excellent manual dexterity and good problem-solving abilities.
• Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per process sheets or verbal instructions.
• Mount and secure components onto antennal substrates or frames.
• Perform precision soldering and crimping on wires and boards.
• Interpret complex assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Check functionality with tools like multimeters, signal generators, or VNAs.
• Align and calibrate antenna hardware to tight tolerances.
• Perform structural testing using mechanical test equipment.
