Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with 5 years' hands-on assembly experience.
• Proficient reading mechanical drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with precision electronic/electromechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts from process sheets or instructions to meet contractual requirements.
• Mount components on substrates using hand/power tools and epoxies.
• Perform fine soldering and crimping on delicate wires and boards.
• Interpret drawings, schematics and BOMs for assembly.
• Check functionality with multimeters, signal generators, or VNAs.
• Align and calibrate antenna hardware to tight tolerances; troubleshoot defects.
• Conduct structural testing to verify bond line integrity.
