Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5–9 years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read operation sheets and moderately complex blueprints.
• Soldering skills and knowledge of electronic components; ability to use measuring instruments like calipers and scales; know color codes.
• Must be able to pass IPC J-STD-001.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly using blueprints and operation sheets.
• Use hand tools and epoxies for assembly tasks.
• Work with microscopes for lengthy periods.
• Coordinate with QA/test personnel to inspect subassemblies at checkpoints.
• Perform hand soldering, wiring, and assembly of small components.
