Blue Origin is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician to perform post-processing on printed parts and support removal with meticulous attention to detail. You will work with hand tools, PPE, and inspection devices to ensure parts meet safety and quality standards.

You will also assist in cross-training across AM work centers and contribute to continuous improvement and process development within the team, supporting a culture of safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience with spacecraft/aircraft/vehicular parts or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Proven resourcefulness in prior roles.
• Willingness to work overtime and support shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-processing on additively manufactured parts.
• Support powder and support removal with meticulous attention to defects.
• Maintain PPE and ensure safe working practices on spaceflight hardware.
• Cross-train in other Additive Manufacturing work centers as needed.
• Inspect and measure parts using inspection tools to identify defects.
