Bass Pro Shops' White River Marine Plant in Flippin, AR seeks an Advanced Aluminum Welder to join our team. You will weld, cut, and braze aluminum components, read specs, and ensure precise fabrication.

This role requires a high school diploma, welding certification, and at least 1 year of welding experience; apprenticeship preferred. You will operate pneumatic grinders and hand welders, monitor heat, and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent
• Welding certification from a Technical College or Trade School required
• 1 year welding experience at a similar facility preferred
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship or in-company training program required

Responsibilities

• Plan details of work orders; gather tools and materials per job specs
• Repair and fabricate items using cutting, burning, and welding techniques
• Monitor welding, burning and fitting to prevent overheating, warping, or splatter
• Prepare, assemble, and tack weld parts and surfaces to be welded
• Maintain, organize and clean equipment and work area
• Notify supervisor of faulty equipment or materials
