Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Fabrication Operator A to fabricate steel frames and parts for boat trailers in Ozark, MO. You will learn presses, drills, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and hand tools, with cross-training across equipment.

Reads blueprints, measures with tape, and handles parts up to 50 lbs, ensuring safety and PPE compliance. The role offers full-time benefits and opportunities to grow within White River Marine Group, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a dynamic shop

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to read tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills required for measurements and tolerances.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Pulmonary function and fit testing may be required when wearing a respirator.
• PPE must be worn at all times as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily schedules and produces required parts.
• Reads drawings and schematics to determine correct specifications.
• Operates machinery including presses, drills, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and hand tools; cross trained across areas.
• Lifts and transports trailer rails and parts up to 50 lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.
