Xpress Boats in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a skilled welder to assemble prefabricated aluminum parts using MIG or TIG welding, following work orders and factory specifications to ensure safety, durability, and high quality boats.

You will read a tape measure, set up and operate MIG/TIG welders, maintain PPE, and help meet cycle times while keeping the work area clean and orderly, and you will follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measure
• Addition, subtraction, fractions
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding preferred

Responsabilités

• Weld prefabricated aluminum parts according to work orders using MIG or TIG welder
• Utilize tools and measuring instruments to position and align parts
• Set‑up and operate MIG or TIG welder
• Foster a culture of safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Meet cycle times with acceptable quality on beginning MIG positions
