Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Welder-B for our Missouri manufacturing team. You will perform MIG or TIG aluminum welding on anodized or mill-stock substrates, with emphasis on quality and meeting takt times.

After training, you will inspect your work, correct defects, and collaborate on the assembly line. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a basic understanding of welding machine controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform MIG and TIG welding to standard within takt time.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance on welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welds TIG or MIG.
• Positions and arranges parts and components for welding.
• Modifies parts for fit and function as required.
• Inspects work and fix as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
