Job summary

EZ Loader Custom Boat Trailers Inc in Midway, AR, is seeking an Aluminum Welder to join our production team. You will set up welding equipment, read blueprints and work instructions, and weld aluminum strap, plates, tubes, and frames to strict quality standards.

The role requires accurate measurement, safe work practices, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior aluminum welding experience and the ability to pass internal tests are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of welding experience preferred.
• Prior aluminum welding experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to safely operate welding tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and instructions to build aluminum trailer components.
• Set up welding equipment and select wires and shielding gas.
• Weld aluminum straps, plates, tubes, and frames.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, fit, and quality; report issues.
• Pass in-house aluminum welding tests or certifications.
• Read tape measures and use calipers/micrometers.
• Follow safety practices and maintain clean, organized work areas.
