Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an AGRIntelligence Agronomist to lead data-driven agronomic recommendations and provide training to sales teams in support of Helena customers. You will leverage AGRIntelligence data to guide field decisions and collaborate on agronomic program development.

The role requires living in or relocating to the designated sales territory, with travel up to 50%, and a strong background in agronomy and customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural science discipline is required.
• Five years of experience in sales or agronomic consulting is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Crop Advisor (or working toward certification) is required.
• 4R Certification (based on territory) is preferred.
• Pest Control Advisor license (based on territory) is preferred. If this position is located in California, it is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound agronomic fertility programs for assigned territories.
• Plan and present at agronomic meetings to demonstrate AGRIntelligence value.
• Maintain current information resources by attending agronomic seminars.
• Encourage thorough data collection from AGRIntelligence users and customers.
• Communicate market intelligence and threats to BU leadership.
• Cross-train with related teams on agronomy practices and AGRIntelligence value.
• Update soil fertility equations and tissue sufficiency ranges.
