Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an AGRIntelligence Product Manager to support AGRIntelligence services across divisions, manage Specialists and Field Service Technicians, and coordinate with sales teams. The role emphasizes implementation, marketing, data interpretation, and customer service for precision agriculture and information management services.

The PM will lead agronomic programs, provide technical training, and ensure data flows securely to the Field Support Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related work experience are required.
• Experience with precision agriculture data management and customer support is preferred.
• Ability to ride along with sales reps and act as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Specialists, Technicians and sales teams to market AGRIntelligence products.
• Develop agronomic programs aligned with company goals.
• Provide troubleshooting for AGRIntelligence hardware/software and AI360 services.
• Train and support Helena teams and customers using AGRIntelligence products.
• Coach field reps to conduct end-of-year data reviews with AI solutions.
