Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an AGRIntelligence Agronomist to lead data-driven recommendations for Helena customers and train location sales teams in agronomic concepts. This role focuses on interpreting AGRIntelligence data to boost yield and profitability across assigned territories.

You will collaborate with teams across divisions to develop new agronomic programs, update fertility guidelines, and deliver field-ready tools and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural science required.
• Five years of experience in sales or agronomic consulting required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Crop Advisor (or working toward) required.
• 4R Certification preferred (territory-based).
• Pest Control Advisor license preferred; required in California.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound agronomic fertility programs for assigned territories.
• Plan and present at meetings to demonstrate AGRIntelligence value.
• Maintain information resources by attending agronomic seminars.
• Encourage thorough data collection and share insights with sales teams.
• Collaborate to develop new agronomic programs and reports.
