Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering/Science.
• MBA.
• 7+ years progressive Product Management with expanded responsibilities.
• Complex project leadership in a matrixed org.
• Understanding of Strategic Market Plans and VOC work.
• Experience with B2B or OEM environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline for the DICKEY-john business within TSI.
• Identify agri/adjacent industry trends and develop actionable insights for strategy.
• Define and execute market research to support new product concepts.
• Provide business and project leadership through the product development process.
• Lead product launch planning, execution, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales to present concepts to key customers and partners.
• Support business development through opportunity assessment and planning.
• Partner with marketing to design strategic messaging for markets and customers.
