Job summary

PacAero is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician for our Agawam, MA manufacturing team. You will perform high-precision mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly using microscopes and hand tools to produce aerospace components.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and drawings. Overtime and second‑shift differential may apply; full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, electronics or a related environment preferred.
• Microscope assembly experience is highly valued.
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed work under a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Perform small-scale mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies using microscopes and hand tools.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings and BOMs.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document completed work.
