Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Tech School preferred.
• 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with blueprints.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and torquing processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and read basic documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety culture and wear PPE when required.
• Assemble assigned parts on the line per production guidelines.
• Inspect parts for defects and report issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery with precision.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Complete production paperwork and inspections as required.
• Maintain inventory and track materials.
• Study parts lists and prepare tools and subassemblies.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and adjust as needed.
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
