Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or a GED is preferred.
• Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly setting is advantageous.
• Demonstrate sharp focus and the capacity to execute tasks exactly as instructed.
• Show the ability to handle responsibilities solo while also contributing to group efforts.
• Possess fundamental arithmetic skills and experience using standard measurement equipment.
• Maintain clear interpersonal communication and a constructive, upbeat outlook.

• Construct parts and sub-assemblies by strictly following technical blueprints and design requirements.

• Work alongside colleagues to ensure we hit our collective production targets and schedule milestones.
• Notify management immediately if you encounter any production errors or inconsistencies.
• Operate both manual and electric tools with a focus on safety and proper technique.
