You will diagnose root causes, dismantle machines, repair components, and keep tooling and controls running to production standards. The role demands troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, welding skills (ARC/MIG/TIG), and adherence to ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Welding experience (ARC, MIG, TIG).
• Experience maintaining CNC or precision machining equipment.
• Comfortable reconditioning and repairing machining tools.
• English language proficiency.
• Able to meet U.S. person / ITAR work-authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment in operation to locate the root cause of a malfunction.
• Dismantle machines to access and remove defective parts.
• Examine failed parts to determine the cause of failure.
• Adjust and repair functional parts of machines and control instruments.
• Test repaired machines to confirm proper performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuitry and mechanical systems.
• Recondition and repair machining tools.
• Maintain equipment on a predictive and preventative maintenance schedule.
