Ace Precision Machining is seeking an Industrial Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance Technician to keep complex equipment and facilities running at peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, PLC controllers, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires a two-year technical degree with five years of related experience, a safety-first mindset, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent with five years of related experience
• Strong ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Basic math skills and safety-first mindset
• Initiative and sound judgment in maintenance planning and execution

Responsabilités

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime
• Disassemble, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; basic fabrication/assembly
• Maintain facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Handle wiring and piping; perform basic electrical repairs
• Support equipment relocation, installation, and parts requisitioning
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and manage hazardous materials safely
