Machines & Controls

The shop runs Fanuc-controlled CNC equipment alongside EDM, laser, and grinding processes. Familiarity with lathes, mill-turn, 3- and 4/5-axis milling, or wire EDM equipment is a plus, since you'll be maintaining a mix of conventional and non-conventional machining equipment.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Welding experience (ARC, MIG, TIG)
• Experience maintaining CNC or precision machining equipment
• Comfortable reconditioning and repairing machining tools
• English language proficiency
• Able to meet U.S. person / ITAR work‑authorization requirements — Hi‑Tekk is ITAR‑registered and works directly with DoD and aerospace OEM customers

Preferred

• Fanuc controls experience

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

$30–$36 per hour, based on experience. Full-time, on-site in Mason, Ohio. Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
