Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of maintenance certificate program is required.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, distributed control systems, and logic controllers.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Weld as needed (ARC, MIG or TIG).
• Read schematics, drawings, layouts, or specifications to locate problems.
• Operate lifts and overhead crane; follow safety protocols.
• Respond to work orders and assist with special projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and communicate concerns.
