Job summary

Ada Technologies Inc. in Ada, OH is seeking a hands-on technician to maintain and troubleshoot CNC machining centers, welders and assembly equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, support equipment installations, and respond to downtime while keeping the work order system and parts inventory accurate.

The role offers a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift and overtime. Qualified candidates will have CNC experience, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Experience with production CNC machines.
• Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical knowledge.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Robotic & fabrication experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day maintaining and troubleshooting on CNC machining centers, welders and assembly equipment.
• Perform PM's on equipment and help maintain facility equipment.
• Assist in running utilities throughout facility for new equipment installations and relocations.
• Respond to machine downtime and machine problems as needed.
• Maintain work order system and spare parts inventory with accurate, detailed and current information.
