You will develop machining strategies, optimize tool paths, and collaborate with engineering and production to ensure flawless execution.

You will troubleshoot complex programs, reduce cycle times, and maintain tight tolerances on high-precision components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC parts.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX CAD/CAM for CNC programming.
• Strong understanding of G-code and CNC machine operations.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, toolpaths, feeds, speeds, and material behavior.
• Experience with high-precision parts and tight tolerances.
• Background in aerospace/defense industries.

Responsibilities
