Job summary

Jobot is hosting a CNC Programmer role within a well-established aerospace manufacturing site in the United States. You will drive programming and process optimization for complex aerospace parts while upgrading technology, influencing how new machines, tooling, and workflows are rolled out to boost efficiency, quality, and growth.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of CNC programming experience (minimum 3-axis), with Siemens NX or Mastercam and strong GD&T skills, and will collaborate

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC programming experience, minimum 3-axis
Proficiency in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) or Mastercam, and strong GD&T skills
Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch, and understand tooling and materials

Responsibilities

Create and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs in Siemens NX
Select tooling, set speeds and feeds, and establish cutting strategies
Perform simulations, prove-outs, and troubleshooting to ensure first-article success
Develop setup sheets and process documentation that meet AS9100 standards
Reduce cycle times and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
Collaborate with production, quality, and supply-chain teams during equipment ramp-up
