Job summary

Dynomax, Inc. is expanding and seeks a skilled CNC Programmer. The role focuses on Mastercam or NX programming for 3- or 5-axis milling, reading blueprints, and producing precise aerospace tooling parts in a clean environment.

You will create tool sheets, set-up instructions, and perform macro programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) while collaborating with process engineers and operators to ensure quality parts.

Qualifications

• Mastercam or NX programming experience.
• Familiar with speeds and feeds for exotic materials.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.

Responsibilities

• Program complex parts from blueprints for 3- or 5-axis milling.
• Create tool sheets and setup instructions with each CNC program.
• Perform macro programming: Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain.
• Read prints and maintain close tolerance dimensional quality in aerospace tooling and small-run production.
• Collaborate with process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts.
