Job summary

Ameriserve is seeking an Invoicing Specialist in Tucker, GA to manage invoices from creation to closure, verify hours, parts, and pricing, and ensure consistency with service docs. You will collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and parts to resolve discrepancies and support billing processes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with invoicing systems (NetSuite is a plus). We offer health/dental/vision, retirement matching, PTO, and holidays.
