Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role is fully onsite and requires reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate in billing, invoicing, and pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Set up client billing, invoices, and pricing per contract terms.
• Process and manage client purchase orders with account management.
• Collaborate with Technical Services to develop pricing for new services and items.
• Create and review client invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with relevant teams.
