Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Estimating Coordinator in Fredericksburg, VA. You will develop detailed technical drawings for precast concrete structures, translating project plans into shop drawings while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams.

You'll review specifications, assist with material take-offs, and ensure a smooth transition from estimate to production. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittal and production drawings for precast components (storm basins, drop inlets, manholes, specialty structures).
• Review construction documents and addenda for accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and drafters to ensure design consistency.
• Assist with material take-offs and hardware details.
• Check drawings for errors and ensure adherence to standards.
• Make drawing changes based on feedback from engineers or production.
