Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Cape Coral, FL, part of CRH, seeks an Estimator to handle project estimating and support the sales team with account management. You will work with engineering, vendors, and production staff to ensure costs are covered and designs are met.

Ideal candidates have estimating/project management experience and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to move projects from quote to turnover. Strong MS Office skills and understanding of drawings are important.

Qualifications

• Estimating/PM experience preferred, ideally in construction or precast, but not required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate multiple projects concurrently and deliver proposals to sales staff before bid date.
• Request pricing from vendors, review quotes to meet designs/specifications.
• Review proposals with sales to ensure requirements, time frames and subcontracting fit.
