Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Estimator to manage project estimating and support the sales team by coordinating with engineering, vendors and production to ensure accurate costs and design compliance.

You will handle multiple bids, solicit vendor quotes, review designs, and help kick off projects with the sales team, while learning our systems and building strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Estimating/PM experience preferred in construction or precast industry.
• Ability to manage several bids simultaneously.
• Strong MS Office skills and document control.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Estimate multiple projects concurrently and deliver proposals to sales before bid date.
• Request vendor pricing, review quotes to meet designs and specs.
• Review proposals with sales to ensure requirements, timelines and subcontracting opportunites.
• Support turnover meetings with sales to confirm scope, values and paperwork.
• Assist with Change Order Proposals in a timely manner.
• Monitor progress of projects and help remove obstacles to keep schedule.
