Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks an Estimator to support projects at the Lebanon, TN plant. You will work with engineering, vendors, and production to ensure accurate costing and conformance to designs. This role supports the sales team and coordinates cross-functional inputs.

The ideal candidate has experience in estimating and project management, with strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle multiple bids while maintaining quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Estimating/Project Management experience preferred in construction or precast concrete.
• Ability to manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and implement our management systems.
• Ability to read engineered drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Estimate multiple projects concurrently and deliver proposals before bid date.
• Request pricing from vendors and review quotes to meet specs.
• Review proposals with sales to ensure proper estimating and timelines.
• Lead turnover meetings at sale and ensure scope, values, and paperwork are complete.
• Support change order proposals and monitor project progress to expedite delivery.
• Maintain drawings in internal systems and assist with inside sales and invoicing.
