Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an Estimator to manage the estimating of projects and support the sales team in Cape Coral, FL. The role requires reviewing vendor quotes, ensuring designs meet specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate cost projections.

The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and project management, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to understand complex engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Estimating and project management experience preferred in construction or precast concrete industries.
• Ability to read and understand engineered drawings and blueprints.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; willingness to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Estimate multiple projects concurrently and deliver proposals to sales before bid date.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and ensure designs/specifications are met.
• Review sales proposals with sales staff to confirm requirements, timelines, and subcontracting opportunities.
• Lead turnover meetings with the sales team to confirm scope, values, and schedule.
