Job summary

Molin Concrete Products Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead assigned precast concrete projects in Minnesota. You will coordinate multi-department planning, manage budgets, and drive on-time, quality project delivery with a strong focus on collaboration among internal teams, contractors, and customers.

You will oversee pre-planning, schedule adherence, and safety considerations while adapting to design changes and ensuring site plans align with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with industry experience in precast concrete/construction.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities are required.
• Experience coordinating multi-department projects and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership throughout projects to ensure timely, quality results.
• Coordinate inter-department resource planning for customer-driven schedules.
• Lead upfront pre-planning and coordination to launch projects successfully.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, contractors, owners, and design teams.
• Review plans, estimates, specs, and contracts to minimize risk and finalize terms with Sales.
• Manage project scope changes with timely customer communication and other departments.
• Develop crane pick plans using AutoCAD/Revit aligned with site plans.
• Track change documents and issue orders; communicate changes to customers.
• Ensure safety is integrated in all decisions and site documentation is maintained.
