Moltz Constructors is seeking a Project Superintendent in Colorado to lead heavy industrial civil projects from earthwork to concrete placement. You will direct field crews, manage subcontractors, review engineered drawings, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery on complex infrastructure builds.

The role emphasizes site leadership, scheduling, and resource coordination for backlogged projects with a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

Formación

• Hands-on experience across civil sectors including earthwork, utilities, formwork and rebar placement.
• Ability to run multi-phase heavy industrial construction sites and direct subcontractors.
• Strong interpretation of engineered civil and structural drawings and specs.
• Excellent organization and communication to maintain site documentation.
• Proven leadership to drive safety compliance and efficiency on site.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily field operations, crews, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop forward-looking work plans with Project Managers and Engineers.
• Oversee earthwork, utilities, rebar, and concrete formwork on site.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to keep schedules.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure quality and plan compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily field documentation and safety reports.
• Foster a Safety-First environment with strong teamwork and accountability.
