Job summary

LB Foster in Nampa, ID is seeking a Production Worker for our precast division. You will join a production team, learn all areas of production, and help manufacture precast products and buildings while following standard methods and safety practices.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in precast production, with the ability to read a tape measure, work safely in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with foremen and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of precast production experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
• Focus on prioritization, time efficiency, problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safe work practices and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Carry out verbal and written instructions from Foreman.
• Manufacture precast concrete products in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report issues identified.
• Set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools.
• Read and interpret work instructions, then execute work per instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
