Job summary

LB Foster is seeking a Production Worker for its precast construction division in Texas. You will join a manufacturing team to produce precast concrete products and buildings, following standard work methods and safety practices.

Responsibilities include reading work instructions, lifting materials, operating basic tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting production schedules. High school diploma preferred and 1 year production experience preferred; strong teamwork and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of work experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Commitment to safety and following all safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture precast concrete products in a timely fashion to ensure on-time shipment.
• Follow all safe work practices and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Carry out verbal and written instructions from foreman.
• Read and interpret work instructions and execute per instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
