Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with customers and drive sales of concrete products. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on growing the region's sales volume while meeting profitability goals.

The position is hybrid and located at the Lebanon, TN plant, requiring travel to cover civil infrastructure markets and work with contractors, utilities, and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to travel (approx. 50%+).
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Sell and market Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products to contractors, utilities, and municipalities.
• Prospect opportunities and identify market growth in core regions.
• Bid on appropriate projects and develop bid strategies.
• Use software tools to manage prospects, quotes, and communications.
• Support Area Sales Manager in achieving regional sales goals and profitability.
• Build relationships with the engineering community to influence project specifications.
