Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Caulker to join our East Coast crew. This permanent/full-time role runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, performing caulking and general labor to seal precast concrete panels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction, caulking experience preferred, and the ability to travel and work from heights. Union benefits and overtime opportunities accompany competitive pay and safety gear support.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience.
• Caulking experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain membership in a local union.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction from the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned.
• Use materials and tools efficiently and maintain safety on site.
