Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Roseville, CA is seeking an Estimator to join our sales-support team. The role involves reviewing bid documents, determining scope, and selecting precast concrete products for large projects.

You will perform take-offs and prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and delivery. We prefer 2–5 years of estimating experience in precast/construction, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent precast/construction experience.
• 2–5 years of on-the-job estimating experience.
• Precast concrete construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in database administration and related software.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents to determine scope and required precast products for large projects.
• Calculate take-offs: material quantities, labor, equipment, and costs.
• Prepare material pricing, labor production, equipment pricing, delivery expenses and timing costs.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering and production to ensure accurate estimates.
• Provide technical cost analyses to support sales for specialized projects.
