Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Estimator to join our dynamic team in California. You’ll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with sales, engineering and production to develop accurate cost estimates for large projects.

The role offers a starting salary range of $72,000.00 - $90,000.00, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for career growth toward project management and outside sales. A reliable, detail-oriented mindset is essential in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of on-the-job experience in estimating and customer-service roles.
• Estimating experience in precast concrete or construction is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents to determine scope of work and quantities; prepare takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Provide new business potential by monitoring opportunities and sharing information for strategic planning.
• Provide technical assistance to sales on cost analysis of specialized projects.
• Coordinate with inventory to match production schedules and pricing; ensure timely customer fulfillment.
• Produce customer quotations and bid packages using our estimating platform.
