Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of construction industry experience, ideally within precast, steel, or concrete sectors.
• Experience using estimating software and familiarity with 3D modeling software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed estimates.
• Prepare accurate project bids and maintain organized estimating files.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate project scope and materials.
