Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to design, coordinate and manage multiple precast concrete product lines. You’ll be the process owner, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery while interfacing with sales, production, dispatch and customers.

You should have at least 3 years of PM experience in precast or building materials and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in precast/construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management required.
• Safety‑conscious, customer‑focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of large or custom projects.
• Oversee work orders and provide accurate drawings for production.
• Produce BOMs for precast structures and input into manufacturing software.
• Lead take-offs and estimating during planning/bidding.
• Track and report project progress from submittal to installation via CRM.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
• Communicate delivery dates, changes, add-ons to customers.
• Coordinate site specifications and safety standards with dispatch.
• Engage in customer events and industry events to build relationships.
