Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent precast/construction work experience.
• 2–5 years of related estimating/sales support experience.
• Proficiency with database and sales/customer service software; strong MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents to determine scope and precast products for large projects.
• Prepare material pricing, labor, equipment, delivery costs and takeoffs.
• Produce customer quotations and compiles bids using estimating platform.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering and production teams.
• Identify new work opportunities and support strategic planning.
