Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Estimator to support infrastructure and bridge projects from bid through execution. The role requires hands-on experience with precast or pre-stressed concrete, and proficiency in reading and breaking down complex drawings.

You will own estimates from start to finish, coordinating with sales, project management, and suppliers. Onsite training and travel are possible, with a salary range of $80,000–$110,000 per year, DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience with precast or pre-stressed concrete in estimating or related environments.
• Experience with infrastructure or bridge projects.
• Ability to read, interpret, and break down construction blueprints.
• Detail-oriented, computer-based estimating with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimates and bids from initial review through final submission.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop takeoffs and pricing.
• Estimate precast and pre-stressed concrete components for bridge and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with sales and project management teams to evaluate scope changes and cost impacts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to price specialized materials and project requirements.
• Manage multiple active estimates and projects simultaneously.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for takeoffs, drawings, and visualization.
• Participate in limited site visits to support scoping and estimating needs.
