You’ll blend business development, technical sales, and account management while collaborating with internal teams to move opportunities through the lifecycle and ensure customer satisfaction across this region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous sales experience in construction or precast preferred.
• Experience with construction plans, specifications, and project documentation a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads across Central and Southern Ohio.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up to convert opportunities.
• Visit job sites and provide ongoing technical support to customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and monitor sales activity.
