Job summary

Mack Industries in Ohio is seeking a Precast Concrete Sales Representative to build and grow customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide technical and project support throughout the sales process.

You’ll work closely with contractors and industry partners while collaborating with internal teams to deliver precast concrete solutions for each project, combining sales, coordination, technical knowledge, and account management from opportunity to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred, especially in construction, concrete or precast.
• Experience with construction plans, specs and project docs is a plus.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and sustain new and existing customer accounts.
• Generate and qualify leads; present company products and services.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; manage sales cycle with internal teams.
• Review plans, blueprints, and project specs to support customer needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and coordinate with accounting on payments.
