Mack Industries, Inc. is seeking a Precast Concrete Sales Representative to support customers across Northern and North Central Ohio. You will build strong customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and provide technical and project support through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred, especially in construction, concrete, or precast.
• Experience reading construction plans, specs, and project docs is a plus.
• Strong customer service principles and sales concepts knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRMs and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for underground precast concrete products.
• Identify and secure referrals through general contractors and industry partners.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Develop and grow new customer accounts and opportunities.
• Conduct in-person, phone, and electronic sales calls with customers.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to monitor and manage quotations throughout the sales cycle.
• Review site plans, drawings, blueprints, and specs to support customer needs.
