Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure Inc. is seeking a Builder II to produce precast concrete products in line with safety and quality standards. You will read blueprints, assemble forms, and perform intermediate production tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include setting up forms, placing rebar, assisting with pouring and finishing, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or related production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble steel forms for precast concrete products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, production drawings, and basic specifications.
• Measure, cut, place, and tie rebar and steel mesh.
• Prepare forms and position reinforcing steel, inserts, embeds, and other components.
• Assist with pouring, finishing, stripping, reworking, and patching concrete products.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment after training.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Identify quality or production concerns and report them.
