Job summary

The Builder III role at NWPX Infrastructure Inc. involves producing a wide variety of precast concrete products in line with safety, quality, and production standards. You will read blueprints, work from CAD drawings, and support teammates with troubleshooting as needed.

You will set up steel forms, place rebar, pour and finish concrete, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting project timelines. This role requires teamwork and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, CAD drawings or production drawings.
• Experience with hand and power tools and measurement.
• Ability to work with limited supervision while meeting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble steel forms for precast products, including complex builds.
• Read and work from blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, bend, place rebar and steel mesh per specs.
• Pour, finish, strip, rework, and patch concrete while upholding quality standards.
• Identify and correct basic production or quality issues or escalate as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and industrial equipment as trained.
