Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure is seeking a Builder II to produce precast concrete products, following safety and quality standards. You will set up forms, read blueprints, measure and place reinforcing steel, and assist with pouring and finishing. Teamwork and adherence to procedures are essential.

Responsibilities include quality checks, equipment operation after training, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Prior experience in precast or related production is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or related production environment preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, CAD drawings, or production drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble steel forms for precast concrete products according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and production drawings.
• Measure, cut, place, and tie rebar and steel mesh as required.
• Prepare forms and position reinforcing components.
• Assist with pouring, finishing, stripping, reworking, and patching concrete products.
• Inspect work to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely after training.
