Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing or custom precast production.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Strong carpentry skills and ability to fabricate formwork.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and layout techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, modify, strip, and repair precast concrete form systems.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, shop drawings, production drawings, and specifications.
• Set embedded items, lifting anchors, blockouts, reveals, and connections per project requirements.
• Measure, layout, and verify dimensions to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect forms and finished products for quality and conformance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors, quality control personnel, and production team members.
